It’s not only you 🙌🏻 I didn’t either... I had no idea why!!! Of course after I could hold my foot though 🤷🏻♀️ It took for awhiiiiiilllllleee until finally I could hold my foot 🎉🎊 I got a big smile on the day ! This tip will be for you who can hold your foot but don’t feel stretching . 1. Check yours on mirror or picture or even video if you don’t have anyone to take a pic for you ( That’s what I have been doing to check my forms) It’s OK you have space between foot and body. Try to your thigh straight down and your pelvis tilts toward front a bit. If you are the person who can’t reach your foot.. Either your leg steps back( Heal off from floor) You can grab table or something to stay stable yourself. Same thing, try your thigh straight down and pelvis tilt forward. Did you feel it?
