I usually one fruit like a banana or strawberry... but I got mixed fruits. it was sooooo Good!! Lunch was Natto rice... It is not #2bunnies but enjoyed it and needed to fill me up. Extra veggies dinner . Some people do strict #diet or meal plan. Yes I have done that. Yes, It works for many people. But also many people fell off track. I was one of them. This Nutrition program doesn’t have “ Fall off track” or “ Quick Fix “ or “ Strict diet” I have been feeling so much freedom towards food, free from numbers of scale. I enjoy meal ,food and stepping on scale more. Your diet is supposed to be Life style. If You keep doing “ Diet “ and fall off repeatedly... You basically bring back your BODY used to be or heavier weight. Keep “Yo-yo” dieting, eventually You are building your body which hard to lose weight every time you try. Are you enjoying and happy about weight loss? Are you enjoying each meal? Is your food well balanced?
