I think MANY of us , Women, need to work on Booty! Glutes! or Butt!!! A lot of Big and small muscle groups are in this area. And we have more organs are held up in place with muscles. When you get older... those muscles get weaker too... and hard to develop them daily life. Especially for me, I have #fibroids and adenomyosis. I have a lot of pain in lower back, Pelvis area. And also I practice #karate , I need to work on those muscles to get better. Day 2 #booty Day 🙋🏻♀️🍑 All #asian ladies !! Do NOT give up the butt shape!! End of my first round, I got a nice ⤴️ butt!!!
