Something You can be thankful for you. I am - - Thankful to have an opportunity to learn Karate which I can feel connection to my home with my daughter. - Thankful to have an opportunity to meet @beachbody to rebuild myself physically and mentally. - Thankful to see many #fitfam through it. - Thankful to finally find myself who I can love self. - Thankful to be able to improve widely myself. . . Loving yourself. Taking care of yourself. Thinking about yourself. It might sound selfish and egotistical... But it’s not. How you can show and tell someone how to love themselves? How to take care of themselves if you don’t know how to do own self? . . I had believed I loved and took care of other people ( including family and friends) under sacrifice own was true love and true caring. But Wakes me up during this journey. If I really love and care others, I need a time and effort to learn how to love myself, how to take care of myself. Yes If something happens to my family, I WILL do sacrifice something myself. I do something sacrifice something for my family and friends to help every day... but also I DO something for myself every day. It gives me balanced physically and mentally.
