    When You feel “ Falling Off” Move your body. I felt “ Old me” moment hit me last weekend . I felt “WORTHLESS “ “ UNNEEDED “ Brain chemicals just came up from a little piece of triggers. It’s not “ Beat up “ yourself. This is “ Shifting “ Be aware of yourself . Focus Yourself. Many people who have #depression feel more thinking for others. And “ Step back response “ on “Other’s Reaction” too sensitive. so Need to time” Not think too much” and move body to pump energy up. If your body work on, less time to think about. If you do workout at home, You don’t have to worry about “ Others” It’s not selfish, It’s #selflove and #selfcare . Yes I am sore my wings today. But it made me feel much better today!
