Be HONEST....I didn’t want to do #workout to... View this post on Instagram Be HONEST.... I didn’t want to do #workout today 🤫🤫🤫🤫 I felt so weak today... Not I was sick or something .. I just didn’t feel like it. But hey... it’s only 4 days a week .. it’s about 30 min. and I KNOW I will feel good when it’s done. Grabbed my laptop and a water bottle and started workout. Yes I felt weak.. I had to drop weight... How will you encourage yourself to do....? How will you keep consistent... ? They are a few of them I will share with you in my group.
