Ana had been sick ( She is better now) 😩 Walk to school 🏫 on Mid week rest day. Hurricane 🌀 School canceled 🏫 Teacher/ Parent conference 🤟🏻 Karate in Advanced class on Kumite Day ( but had fun!)👊 Cut backyard jungle 🙌🏻 . Less sleep hours then usual.. less rest than usual. . Gained 3.2 lbs on Monday 🤦🏻♀️ But 2 days weight loss day got me on track without weekly gain 🙋🏻♀️ . . I used the learning moment during Florence this time! And I did great week!
