    What is the purpose for workout? Everyone has own goal. Some people have too focus the specific goal and forget about other part of body and purpose and function of your part of body. As you may know , I have chose my programs for reasons and goals. I also think about My body parts. What are they for? Are they working properly? . You will be healthier and have more energy when you start workout and eating healthy. Yes , You will lose your weight or build muscles. . I talked about our body, health and mental are needed in balanced. They are connected each other. Before I work on my body, How much I need to work on? Which part and what kind of muscles I need? What for? My body is only ONE and I am the only ONE manages . You have your own Ship.
