Eating veggies was less and less.. I was thinking 🤔 How I could eat more veggies??? . Answered was “Veggies Prep” . 🌐 Bag of Kale ➡️ 2 big containers to fridge. Any left is going to freezer. 🈁 Same as Spinach. 🌐 Cucumber 🥒➡️ Use Twirler to make cuudles ( Added salt for lasting longer) Also thin slices 🌐 Zucchini ➡️ Zoodles and also save some for slices or cut 🌐 Lettuce ➡️ Wash then containers 🌐 Celery ➡️ Wash and cut and container so hard (or don’t like )to preparation is going to prep. I don’t prepare for cabbages, Onions and potatoes most of time. I sometimes make Oven baked veggies those veggies. I have used frozen mix veggies a lot!! . Whenever veggies are low and get them.. I do prep. I take bones out for meats and wrap a few cuts in one. And freeze them as well. .
