Even Sometimes needs to be changed but #persistent Easier to get #healthy and #nutrition in the first morning. Also help me to figure out my body reaction and #weight change. I HATED to step on scale !!! I stopped to weigh myself when it passed 180lbs. I HATED to see myself even glass entrance door at store. I AVOIDED seeing myself . NOW I LOVE to see how my weight changes up and down. I LOVE to see full of food on plate.
