Like a - You want to lose ⭕️⭕️ lbs You want your flexibility better or strength or endurance.. You might have been tired to be sick all the time You might have been tired all day. You have been thinking you want to do something for you. . . Do it!!! I am very “ What If” person. And stubborn 😜 So If I am not sure, I don’t. This , My journey, wouldn’t start if I was thinking. I still do That I will save money for my family if I pay a penny for something to myself. . . I wasn’t sure when I started. I didn’t think I even could do for a week. Physical, emotional, financial wise. But I still do it because I started . I can jumping jacks without out of breath now because I started it. I can feel energy within me now because I started it. I am positive now because I started it. . . If you want to change, You HAVE to CHANGE!
