I hate Cardio Really I do... My 1.5 years I ... I hate Cardio Really I do... My 1.5 years I avoided any cardio involved Because It’s hard for .... Everything 😂 I hate my Heart rate is higher than 90!!!! Reminds me Panic Attack! I started from very light and allowed me to slow down and took a break. Walk slow ... faster and may be 2 or 3 steps jogs Seriously that was my LIMIT!!! When I could Jumping Jacks, I was happy! When I could burpees , I was happier!!!! When I jogged a half mile with slow pace , I was Happy When I jogged 1 mile, I was super happy when I finished cardio workout whole program... I couldn’t believe Now I am another round of total body workout with cardio 80 days. One step at a time leaded me big achievement And also reason I still keep going. Limitation is unlimited Improvement is never end. It’s all in your mindset. . “ I can’t “ ➡️ “ I can “ .
