I still enjoy my food I still enjoy #Japanesefood I feel more relaxed I enjoy my nutrition more I had very good results last year, I hit lightest weight since I started my journey then. It took 3 weeks of hard work ( fun work as well ) and nutrition plan. I had on 3 months of hard workout and nutrition plan ever. Yes I improved my limit Yes I built endurance, strength For Size and scale wise??? I didn’t get good results what I wanted. What was different???!! I ate normal rice... I got cheat food a bit but I still got good results in 3 weeks last year. I was toooooooo tense !!! tooooo serious . I have lost -14 lbs( and still coming down ) for 2 weeks I feel more relax about food and enjoy food more... It’s not miracle nor magic method but feel like a magic. It had never happened I lost weight next day when I ate a cake 😍😍😍 love this program and love creator too 💖 and this is not required exercise (extra credit for exercise) so if you need to lose weight but you have given up because you can’t do exercise...
