This is one of them I have been learning and experiences. . Since May 3rd, I have lost 14lbs and keep coming down. . I usually gained a lot during #PMS and a few days during my #period #bloating a lot #craving a lot and I have #adenomyosis and #fibroid so I look like a 5-8 months pregnant. Since I started this new #nutrition program. I kept losing weights during my bloating week!!! ( I still had a bit bloating first few days of PMS) My weight is almost same as last year as I hit my lightest weight since I started this fitness journey. I am SURE I will have same weight as when I was pregnant my daughter 11 years ago!!! .
