Day 4 / 80 ——————————++++ AAA ++++My favor... 🍑🍑 Day 4 / 80 🍑🍑 —————————— ++++ AAA ++++ My favorite day on Phase 1 All moves effects big muscles and small muscles. It’s hard to improve small muscles groups but this one covers. Side of my hip was so weak. That was where I really wanted to work on. Changes between January and May. I barely could bring my feet in with sliders ... now I can Fire Hydrant- It was very hard to do even 5 with Yellow loop! Now I got Green or Blue loop to use. . 🎈Why I can do now?🎈 - I started it, tried it whatever I could do best - I have felt happier and celebrated myself each small achievement. - I haven’t quit 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 Doesn’t matter how bad shape you are in right now . I even couldn’t hold myself on all four. . Don’t worry what happens next! You never know it may NOT happen what You think happen 🙂 —————- 🎈You don’t know if you can do??🎈 . Of course you can, but again Don’t worry how long you can do or how much you can do . 🎈You don’t know how motivate your self?🎈 - again!
