🍴Food Accountable post 🍴 1️⃣ Breakfast My daily dose of super nutrition Pre and Probiotics, Phytonutrients, enzymes, complex proteins, herbs & botanicals, antioxidants, Adaptogens from superfoods all over the world and I added extra spinach and matcha powder 2️⃣ Lunch Coleslaw veggies , 2 eggs and rice under eggs. 3️⃣ Dinner Salmon (my daughter and I love salmon !!), spinach (raw) Boiled broccoli 🥦 cauliflower, carrots on side. . Since May 2nd, I have lost 11lbs total 🎈I had My birthday and Mother’s Day last weekend and I enjoyed much 😍😍😍 . and guess what?! Our kitchen sink clogged up and leaking from one of pipe. so I have cooked something Not so many dishes and pans to wash but still I can follow and still losing weight. .
