And #wonderwhip I can eat 8 of them 🙌🏻 Happy Happy!! and we celebrated Mother’s Day #lunch at Chinese buffet! My other 2 had been sooooo looking forward me to finish meal plan 😂😂 and current nutrition program allows me to enjoy with them. So far, This program has been very matched with me. I am an emotional eater, I have sweet tooth Love #Asian foods!! ( obviously 🙄) I had some Silly foods a bit too much... Yes I gained a few pounds but this morning Listen carefully... I lost that pounds this morning even lighter than a few days ago!!! Yesterday was my birthday. Yes I enjoyed a piece of cake. I ate a piece today too 😂 I could still lost weight 🎁 I have lost a little over 10 lbs since May 3rd. It’s just 10days. It’s not just weight numbers but it made me feel happier if changing the numbers right??? and this program doesn’t required exercise at all. And still can lose weight That is great for people who hate exercise or can’t do exercise. . .
