———- Leg Day ———— I am not doing my #workout only for weight loss, #karate Those might be a few of reasons to start it. But I have been building and discovered more deeper side of reasons. Eating healthy, of course , helps your #weightloss , maintain health, improve your health. Only eating healthy won’t build your muscles. I am not talking about body builder type of muscles. Muscles you use daily life. When you get older, our body starts falling down. Especially core to glutes That part of body, we have biggest bone that connected our upper body and lower body. Also big and small muscles are there to help us to hold up. even we sit on chair, stand up on feet or lay down Big and small muscles groups are holding our organs. some of muscles are getting weak with age If you have been following on IG or FB or both, you might already know. I was 43 and sooooooo exhausted everyday and so sick so often. and I didn’t care about myself. But After started my journey, I realized my body is only ME who is in charge and taken care by ME. I don’t want my daughter say “ mama, you are too old to do that” “ mama , You are too fat to do that” or my future grandkids!!! I was very active when I was a kid and until in 20’s but still I became sooo out of shape person. Once I started being able to move easier , my self-esteem up, self- confidence up, motivation up, energy up. Your body is connected with your mind Your body’s most important part of job is Using! .
