It’s actually whole body and mind transformation. 3 weeks very basic Yoga worked so much better for me. When my anxiety attack hit me one day... I rushed to push play it .. after 5 minuets, my nerve calmed down. My choking breathes got back to normal. Felt cleared. Holding pose without stopping breath is harder than you think. Strength, flexibility, focusing you, grounded yourself You don’t need to have flexibility to start Yoga.
