I ️ D I D ️ I T ———————I completed Day 80... I ⭐️ D I D ⭐️ I T 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 ——————— I completed Day 80!!! I was thinking I passed this program. 1️⃣ Too hard 2️⃣ Too Long 3️⃣ Cardio Nah... I am not interested Suddenly “ I do it!!!!” I was like a “ WHAT????!!!!!” Usually My mind said - “ What if I have to miss workouts? “ - “ What If I have to quit???” —- Just think about what I need to do when it happens!!! NOT NOW!! . After I heard we would follow totally new for us ‘ Timed Nutrition ‘ My New me would’ve change. Nope It wasn’t easy It has been challenging every day. The last one week was hardest!!! Mentally challenging. I was talking myself , asking myself... every single day “ I did it before!! and I get stronger than that!!! Why this is soooooo HARD???!!!!” . And @autumncalabrese said same thing!! “Oh OK... She also felt same as me!! Cast members must be feeling same too!!!” - I brought back my motivation. This year my motto is #challenge The best challenge in 3 years !!! I felt stronger physically and mentally. I loved timed nutrition. #adenomyosis sucks #fibroids sucks!! #depression sucks #panicattack sucks #Anxiety sucks But I am not! I am worth to try it I am worth to do it . 80 days workouts made it , made me improve . Autumn and cast members And coach test group members!!! @carldaikeler Thank You!!! Now .... I still keep supporting my friends who are still going strong to finish it!!! I will be back 2nd Round!!!
