But But But Butt😛 S O R E !!!!! not only my booty... whole body is sore. Even I did foam roller and tennis ball 🎾 Massage like an hour. Today.. Total Body Core from Phase 3 Yes.. I just did whole month! I did all without modifying BUT why I felt so tired and couldn’t get it in ???!!!!! . and then @autumncalabrese said in Video... Same thing!!! Oh OK... so THIS Would Be Happened I felt much better to focus and listen to my body. . Back to Deplete day 3 One more deplete day 2 more workouts to go!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!
