🍍🍍 Day 76 🍍🍍 🐛🕸💎🌂🦆🦍👟🐻🦀🐴&🐸 10 moves 10 rounds Last Cardio Zoo Trip Day . I am Sooooooooooo struggle and frustrated the Cardio Flow I couldn’t get them all without extra break!!!!!! That is one of reasons I will do 2nd round of #80dayobsession I want to do better than this round and feel better. . My cardio has been significantly improved all years💎💎💎 Still struggle of breathing during cardio😩 —— Milestone —- 💁🏻‍♀️ from Day 1 of cardio flow: 🙋🏻‍♀️ I did modify a lot... 🙋🏻‍♀️ I took a break extra to catch up my HR and breath. 🙋🏻‍♀️ I didn’t go deep enough 🙋🏻‍♀️ I fell off crab 🦀 a lot Mule kicks weren’t kicks ——— 💁🏻‍♀️ Day 76 🙋🏻‍♀️ I didn’t modify ✌🏻 🙋🏻‍♀️I less took extra break ✌🏻 🙋🏻‍♀️ I can go deep moves more 🙋🏻‍♀️ I did crab without falling, I did mule kick more looks like a Kick!!! . Those improvements aren’t coming from only I was get used to ... that’s coming from my cardio, my abs, arms and shoulders... whole body got strength to do it. . Every single day when you finish workout, You are stronger You are healthier and here is bonus... You can get accomplished You can feel awesome You can be happier . During my 3 years process and journey - I significantly improve my physical abilities - I brought back my confidence - I improved my #karate - I brought my abilities to play my kid - I haven’t been sick much not often anymore - I have showed my daughter example as parent - I have less panic attack, Anxiety and Depression - I have gained totally positive thinking - I have a chance to feel Alive!!! - I gained endurance - I gained strength inner and outer - I finally love myself and proud myself to LIVE . Our physical is very connected and balanced with Mental. Including your mindset. they are also influenced by what and how we eat. Each time I heard Something like that ...
