I had one more set and 1 more round. and 2x15 is not going to heavy.. My shoulders, Biceps and Triceps were already tired so much... heavier than week 1 but held 10’s . This week, Not only finale week of Phase also last 2 weeks for @80dayobsession I wanted to keep challenging myself. . 2 more days for phase 3 end 8 more days to finish all 80 workouts. .
