I was at school to help Picture day yesterday #ptavolunteer Very bad migraine hit yesterday afternoon.. by the time I came back home... and even I couldn’t open my eyes.. ate something and laid down I hoped it would be gone soon but it wasn’t 😩 Even I got nauseated... NOPE ! Not Push Play pain! so I took a rest day. And I still have pain slightly... but I got my #refeed day food and pushed play today. I had to use 5lbs after felt squeezing headache But Finished as plan today. One more Refeed day meal and done for today! Why I didn’t push play yesterday? - This is long run program, and Refeed day wasn’t set without reason and purpose. I couldn’t eat most of food yesterday... so not gonna effectively work for today’s workout... Should be Previous day of Leg day. also It was supposed to be Total body Core. Using weights and lots of plank positions. Pressure will be going to head (in my case) and end up I had to quit in middle of workout. If your pain will increase, or if it will cause injury It’s not Push play. I listened my body better now. I didn’t want to miss one day I wanted to go without miss... but it happens. .
