My current program is main target is midsection, Core and glutes but Not only workout those parts. It’s total Body workout. With Timed nutrition, Sleep... all working together every single day. . Before #80dayobsession , I did #alittleobsessed to introduced to my body and mind. When I started a little obsessed, I used no loop or yellow (light resistance loop) I used 5lbs dumbbells and all workout was 30 min. It was still hard for me to do. . Now day 37... I use 10lbs with/ without wrist weights most of time. I use blue/ green loop and sometimes double loops for more resistance. .
