Day 33Phrase 2 Week 2Booty Day!!!People!... Day 33 Phrase 2 Week 2 Booty 🍑 Day!!! People! My hip is getting up! My glutes are stronger. I tried back kicks and got my stabilities on both legs without my hip cramp up 👍🏻 also my timed nutrition backets are bumped up plan and is working well this week! It was so hard bear fire hydrant even knee was down on floor now I can use double loops (Green and blue) . I really challenge this and really love ❤️ and also love learning many things from @autumncalabrese and also other coach friends in coach test group.
