I hate taking my pictures... I even avoided to look myself in mirror. I was so ashamed I was so unworthy I didn’t love myself I didn’t care myself. . When I started my #journey, I couldn’t do what I used to be able to do I started whatever I could do I modified, I took many breaks, I wished I could move like @chalenejohnson 😩 but I focused what she said... And I focused At the moment I could do. A little #accomplishment has been built. That is what I have built my confidence my improvements to start #grow , #stronger and #believe in myself.
