Reality ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 🍍Much more like a Insanity 🍍Actual video was 48 minutes long 🍍kept going cardio (yeah that’s flow all right 😩) and... I took water break I became slower But no modification kept going and done ✅ . I have had headache since last night... not sure it comes from detox? cold? migraine? hormones? but I drank a lot of water before start. .... Nothing I couldn’t do at all I don’t need body builder look muscles I don’t need professional athlete body. I want to be healthier for me and my daughter I want to be in well balanced physical, mental. they are human’s very basic.
