Feel like a short workout every day!! Oh 38 minuets? 👍🏻 58 minuets!??? 😩 58 minuets later .. 😮I am done😃 I think the timed nutrition is key to do this program. I changed a little bit combination what I eat and which meal when everyday. I haven’t been sore so much than I expected it doesn’t mean I don’t do deep or harder. Definitely Meal = Nutrition helps me. .
