Made it Day 1 of #80dayobsession 🔥🔥🔥🔥 When I started #alittleobsessed , staying Side plank was too much for me... Today I did stay side plank 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Switching 10lbs - 5 lbs green loop - yellow loop Watched how they move to check ( just listening is not easy to understand) I had struggled most of time last year. I finished 3-4 programs I hit lightest weight in years!!! . But still... mentally not fire up to stay on track My very first “why” been off #Depression hit me big That much depression was first time since my #journey started. Then #Anxiety attack hit me big and followed by starting feel some #Panicattack 😑😑😑 I didn’t think I wanted to do @80dayobsession . I know I have capable to do it.. and one day.... “I am doing 80 Day Obsession “ it hasn’t changed even I heard it would be #timednutrition , it is 80 days.. some workout will be longer than any workout I did before... . I am one of “What if...” person.. What if I can’t do.. They won’t change my decision... Feel like a more about “ Try” it and “ do it” no matter what! . From my last year struggle... I think I can see my new world view when I finish 80 Days.. The program will help me mid section to improve many way( that’s my weak spot and have been working on it) and also will help my mentally and view. That’s my “ Why” to jumped into this program.
