Left- 2 years ago I started Karate and my fitness journey waaaayyyy better than when I started but still physically and mentally not good. Right - 2 years later today. Same shirts but inside is different. Lots of physically improvement with lots of lbs and inches loss. Not only those. inner strength, self care, self love 💕 Fitness Journey is not just losing weight or change outside. if you are not over weights, you don’t need to exercise??? -Answer is Still need to do exercise It’s Body Balance Even you are about ideal weights, Your water, fat, muscles, bones, organs etc... need to be in good balance on your abilities, life style. Need to be in health. and also mentally, you need to be in balance. Your body and mind are connected. You love yourself and you can love others. I love my family and friends. They don’t have to love me, but I love them and care them. If I don’t love myself, it doesn’t mean I truly love others. I realized if I love someone, I must love myself, I must take care myself. Fitness Journey is not only for people who have overweight or be athlete. For everyone.
