This is Hanshi Abele. Our Father of Karate. I don't know him personally... but he is the one I want to know and learn from. He is our foundation of Karate and he is our father of Karate. Whom We would like to follow We learned his Karate from his spirit is alive. That is Karate-道(Do) There is no 道, His spirit is not there. There is no "Way" of Karate. Karate-do is Life learning. (Not only Karate all Japanese Budo or anything 道 on it) It's not just one generation. need to continue the 道 people to people, heart to heart, generation to generation. Why Most of Dojo(style) in Japan can keep hundreds of years? They are following the 道 yeah the most of sensei have their main job. My Judo dojo was founded by doctor and sensei were doctors and stuff of his hospital in his personal property 😬 no AC, some windows were broken, but they are still in my memory. Good Memory.
