My heart raced up and stayed there 10 min + It might be less than 100 buy my heart pumped up and felt like a came out. yeah even I didn't do workout it happened. very ordinary stuff. Even after barely #panicattack happened. Heart rate up was too scary. I barely chose Cardio workout. This heart rate was today's workout.
