Before I did Yoga, My image about Yoga wasn't... Before I did Yoga, My image about Yoga wasn't good 😅 Old thin man with beard, crazy poses... Even An Asian myself, I thought it was a special people of THE World😅 The River of Ganges(it's very spiritual river but it's polluted) I did PiYo of chalene Johnson. some Yoga poses.. "Ok... Yoga may not be so bad to try" but not enough courage to step in the real Yoga Class. Boom! Last Summer Our CEO @carldaikeler introduced us "3 Week Yoga Retreat" Simply YOGA for everyone YES! I tried it! It's workout... it works! It's not high impact, sweat everywhere, breath heavily kind of thing. But It's whole body whole muscles whole blood whole mind and body workout. And most important.... You feel connection to yourself. Physically and mentally. Feel everything around you. It's not only helping you and your flexibility, strength ... ALL. When I had panic attack one day ( barely happens any more) I just started one of classes. before half way through, I was calm... during panic attack, it's very had to keep breathing deeply but do it.
