‘The Boy and the Heron' earns Miyazaki 2nd Oscar; 'Godzilla Minus One' wins for visual effects

宮崎監督(83歳)が最優秀アニメーション映画「少年とサギ」でキャリア2度目のオスカーの監督賞を受賞した。
さすがに、日本語のタイトルの「きみはどう生きるか」は英語のタイトルにはならず、「少年とサギ」だった。
一方、『ゴジラ マイナスワン』は、この映画シリーズの 37 番目の映画とのこと。
山崎監督の言葉：「世界はある意味、核戦争が引き起こす結果、影響、悪影響を忘れてしまった」
- “The world, in some sense, has forgotten the implications, the impact, the ramifications of what a nuclear war could entail,” Yamazaki said.
