全体を観ることの大切さ

When you do something, don't be distracted by one place, but focus on looking at the whole thing and understanding it. In order not to get caught in the opponent's feint, I look at their whole body without focusing on any one part, and concentrate all my attention and believe in the natural abilities of the body. For example, when driving a car, people are often taught that it is safer to look to the right or the left before going forward, however I believe that it is better not to concentrate on any one point but rather go forward without looking to the right or the left.
