ダイバーシティ講演会講師（にしゃんた）＠ 株式会社九電工
11月28日、株式会社九電工の福岡の本社にて、ダイバーシティ講演会が開催され、お話をさせていただきました。テーマは、「違いを楽しみ、力に変えようー多様な人材活用が組織を強化する」（にしゃんた）でした。
講演の中で、次のような内容に触れました。
・VUCA時代の企業経営と多様性の受け入れ、問題解決、成功事例と成長企業の共通点
・ダイバーシティの進化、SDGs、人権、多文化共生との関係
・ダイバーシティを妨げる要因とその対策、生き方としてのダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン
・⼈を活かし、⼈を育てる⼈間尊重の企業と “共笑”

DIVERSITY LECTURE （NISHANTHA) @ KYUDENKO CORPORATION
On November 28th, a Diversity Lecture was held at the Kyudenko Corporation’s Fukuoka headquarters, where I (Nishantha) had the privilege of delivering a speech. The theme was “Embrace Differences, Transform into Strength: Leveraging Diverse Talents to Strengthen Organizations”. During the lecture, I touched upon the following topics:
•Corporate management in the VUCA era, acceptance of diversity, problem-solving, commonalities in successful cases, and traits of growing companies.
•Evolution of diversity, its connection to SDGs, human rights, and multicultural coexistence.
•Factors hindering diversity and their countermeasures, embracing diversity and inclusion as a way of life.
•A company that respects human dignity by valuing and nurturing individuals, fostering a culture of “shared laughter.”
