with the most dedicated manners.
To practice omotenashi,
the host pays close attention
to detail and is committed to
anticipating the needs of the
guest, setting a happy and
relaxed mood.
When you ride on Shinkansen,
a bullet train, you are probably
surprised not only by its speed
but also its cleaness. The high-
speed train service comes with a
