改善に改善を重ね、やっと納得のいく出来栄えになりました
本当はもっと早く発売する予定やったのですが、どーしても納得のいくリコピン数値にならず、再度製造することに
リコピン人参も生産地や時期によってだいぶとちやうんですよ
上の人参が初回ロットの人参、下の人参が今回発売する予定の人参
色味からして全然違うのは一目瞭然…
パウダーにしてから計測したリコピンの含有量も全然ちがう
パウダーとしてはもちろん甘くて十分美味しかったのですが、前立腺がんであるニッチャラ自身が飲んで効くリコピン数値が出てないことには世に出せんのですわ
そんなわけで、そこそこ大量に作ってしまった初回ロットは泣く泣くお蔵入りさせることに。えらい損ですが仕方ありません
セカンドロットのパウダーは原材料の人参はもちろん、加工にも更に手を加え、気合と愛情をたーーーーーっぷり注入して作りましたよ～

Hello, I am Nichara, fighting Prostate Cancer patient.
It's been a loooong wait, but finally, finally, this year's lycopene carrot powder is almost ready to hit the shelves. The release date is scheduled for March 17th! Be sure to check out the shop.
Now, about this powder... it's been quite the journey, with countless trials and improvements, but we've finally achieved a result that we're proud of. Originally, we planned to release it much earlier, but we just couldn't get the lycopene levels to where we wanted them, so we had to go back to the drawing board.
You see, lycopene carrots can vary a lot depending on where and when they're grown.
ust take a look at these carrots from different batches—the difference in color is obvious.
And when it comes to the lycopene content measured after powdering, it's a whole different story.
Sure, the powder tasted sweet and delicious, but if it didn't have the lycopene levels that could work wonders for someone like me with prostate cancer, we couldn't put it out there.
So, sadly, we had to stash away the first batch that we made in quite a bulk. It's a big loss, but hey, these things happen.
For the second batch, we didn't just stop at the carrots themselves.
We put even more effort and love into the processing.
