[3] PSA uprising, Part 1
Hello, I am Nichara, fighting Prostate Cancer patient.
After making appointment at National Hospital “T-Hospital” for further tests, I did a lot of research, but still I had no sense of crisis at all.
Because I never doubted for a moment that I had cancer.
“It’s probably just enlarged prostate or something ...”
“It must be some kind of mistake ...”
A week later, I underwent an MRI scan at the T-Hospital.
Then, the next day, Diagnostic imaging, and another PSA test.
The PSA score went up to 36.2.
But the MRI imaging showed “No Abnormality.”
The young doctor who examined me saw my appearance, and said to me,
Dr: “Mr. Nicchara, are you riding a bicycle by any chance?”
Me: “Yes, I ride my road bike about 15 kilometers almost every day.”
Dr: “Well, people who ride bicycles often have a high PSA score because of the pressure between the legs. Please stop riding your bicycle for a while, and then let’s do another PSA test.”
Since the MRI showed no findings, and the doctor said it was probably due to riding a bicycle, I was relieved.
I do workout and ride my road bike bicycle daily.
I can't speak for myself, but I think I'm in good shape for my age.
So, I stopped riding my road bike for a month.
And, I was confident about my health, much less having cancer ...
Well then!
