Overview
This position will ensure daily sales office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The company location is Bargen county, NJ. Perfect position for individual who lives in New Jersey.

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Understand company direction and business plan.
Manage, mentor, and support the Sales Admin & Sales Marketing executives.
MAS200 work operations (SO, Invoice, Closing (AFI)).
Order Confirmation Work (Input SO, reply to confirmation, and submit SO to Logistics).
Provide excellent customer service.
Contribute to the product development, not only new product lines but also existing product modification/improvement
Inventory Management (Transfer Work).
Perform weekly closing.
Document Control (SOP creation and revised for basic sales admin work).
Proper Form Submit (BT, expense, and purchase request forms).
Excellent communication skills with various levels of staff and departments.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher
Basic MS office skill
Basic administrative skill
Business level in English
No Japanese language skills are required.
