応募者があると金を取られるみたいな。。嫌だなあ、と思って、クレジットカードの登録はせず、投稿のみして置いたら、応募者が3人あり、その内の一人を採用しました。金は取られませんでした。
投稿内容は下の通りです。投稿した求人内容には書きませんでしたが、面接でネット上の物も含めて良い教材を持って来てくれたら+50ペソ払うと言いました。今、雇っている英語の先生は発音の良い教材を持って来てくれています。従って、2時間のレッスンに対する報酬は
英語スキル 200ペソ
ITスキル 50ペソ
教材 50ペソ
の合計300ペソになります。

ESL Tutor Part-time
Responsibilities:
To teach English grammar, speaking and writing to me, who is a male Japanese
Requirements:
Have great English grammar knowledge, English speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills
Able to obey punctuality
Male or Female
Willing to work from 2pm to 4pm
Willing to work every weekday
Willing to work at a cafe around University San Carlos Talamban in Cebu
Desirable Skills (Preferably but not necessary):
Knowledge of international economics
Knowledge of international finance
Knowledge of IT and computer programming
Wages:
Basic: 200 PHP per 2 hours lesson for Requirements
Additional: 50 PHP per 2 hours lesson for one Desirable Skill
If you are fully qualified for the requirements and have Knowledge of international economics and IT,
you will get 200 + 50 + 50 = 300 PHP per 2 hours lesson.
