当方からの質問
１ この装置の効果を測定するためにはどのような方法を取ったら良いのか、ご教示ください。
２ この装置にはある種の”教育期間”が必要とのことですが、これはどういう意味でしょうか？

１ KWメーターを用いる以外の方法はわかりません。
２ この装置が効果を完全に発現するまでには、約３週間の時間がかかります。ケッシュの青写真、使用マニュアルをお読みください。
I do not know another way except using a kw meter. yes it takes time, it takes about 3 weeks. go to the keshe foundation website and look under blueprint and find the instruction manual and follow it

I have installed a set of MAGRAV which I myself manufactured at home.
Total power consumption is approximately 30 KW in my house. I have
selected a portion of the power grid which includes PC, Monitor and
