Keyonte George is one of the best pure scorers of this rookie class and was drafted 16th by the Utah Jazz, but how good was he in high school. For his first two seasons, George played for Lewisville high school in Texas, averaging 21 points as a freshman and 24 points as a sophomore, winning multiple class awards. Keyonte transferred to a different school in Texas for his junior year, putting up 25 a game. For his senior year, Keyonte transferred to IMG Academy, one of the best prep programs in the country. He averaged 18 points on the season and shot 41% from three. At the end of his career, he was a 5 star recruit and number 6 ranked player in the class of 2022. He was a Mcdonalds All American, played in the Jordan brand classic and Nike hoop summit.
