Washed NBA superstars pt 6. Tracy Mcgrady is one of the best scorers in NBA history but unfortunate injuries led to him being washed in his last few seasons. 08/09 was the first time in 8 seasons where Mcgrady averaged under 20 points, and his season was cut short because of needed surgery. The following season, after just 6 games, mcgrady was shut down by the Rockets and traded to the Knicks. After Houston, much of Mcgradys career is pretty forgettable, playing one season for the Knicks, Pistons and then the Hawks, never even reaching 10 points per game ever again. The 12/13 season would be the last for T-Mac, who started it off in China playing for the Qingdao Eagles. He helped them finish first and averaged 25, 7, and 5 before returning to the NBA and signing with the Spurs, right before the playoffs began. He ended up playing 6 games for the Spurs and never scored a single point. Comment who we should cover next.
