こちらは条件が満たされた場合に、
頼みを受け入れる言い方です。
時間があるときに、立ち寄りください
日本語でもよく使う表現です。
Please come over when/whenever you are free.
you have time,
come 'round when/whenever you are free.
you have time.
come by when/whenever you are free.
you have time.
自分が訪問を計画して予定している場合に、
13:00に伺いますの場合には
I will drop by your house at(around) 13:00.
I will drop 'round your house at（about)13:00.
この場合に
I will drop around your house at 13:00.
は使えません。
around と'round は似ているのですが、
around は drop ｂｙ your area や neighborhoodとという意味で、
I will be around your area.のように
近くまで来ています の意味で使います。
つまり、drop around at your house つまり立ち寄る意味の
stop byの意味としては使えないためです。
お店や会社の訪問を予定している場合に、
動詞stopも使えます。
I will stop by your shop/office at (around) 13:00.
