I think biscuits in England are much richer than that of in Japan.
Probably because a lot of butter is used for them.

After using a few months,
I tried to challenge different types of bread. 
Here is walnut bread which is my favourite.
50 grams of walnuts are added.

I heard that brown bread is good for you.
But here in Japan, it is difficult to find it.
I realised that a home bakery machine is very useful
because you can make bread what you want.

It has been such a nice summerly weather
in Niigata, Japan these days.
So, my darling and I went to a beach last weekend.
The place is called Teradomari which is in Nagaoka City
next to Niigata. 
We stayed in a hotel.

We also had interesting experience.
We caught some fish using a proper fishing net.
Local fishermen told us how to do.
Actually, I expected catching a lot of big fish.
But as you can see the photo below,
we only caught some tiny fish which was around 5cm.
