During the winter holiday,
I read a book called "Danshari".
This was written by a clutter consaltant,
Hideko Yamashita.

Recently, it has been said that there are lots of people
who cannot clean their houses properly in Japan.
To be honest with you, I am not the exception.
Therefore, I do hope to tidy up my house.
"Danshari" is not an everyday expression
but it is a special term for yoga.
The author is taking a yoga lesson regularly,
so she took the term and applied it to her business.
According to Yamashita (2009, p5),
"Danshari" means to get a confortable life
through cleaning your house.
In addition, she stresses that we can also
tidy up our chaotic mind through cleaning.
Anyway, I started to clean inside the fridge.

One of her important advise is
to limit the cleaning space.
Not to do too much in the beginning.
So I just cleaned only one shelf in the fridge.
But the next day, I really wanted to clean more.
Then finally I cleaned every shelf within a few days.
Afterwards, I wanted to clean around the fridge.
Then I did it like the photo below.

It affected my darling as well
because he decorated a picture on the wall.
I didn't know that cleaning has such a power.
Are you good at cleaning?
