The retainer is ¥46,613,820.
I will also charge for actual expenses, such as postage, transportation, investigation costs, photocopying, and court appearances.
The success fee is ¥93,227,640 (if it is able to recover fully,￡10,570,000), which is about 5%, so I think this is a fair deal.
