The world has changed so much or is it only that I was lucky enough not to know.
How come Animal abuse occur.
Is it due to the relation how that human grew up? How can it be prevented?
Rescued dogs are overflowing but luckily that there are many hands to help nowadays.
But sad to say that it is becoming very difficult to lend the helping hand. In order to welcome those dogs, need to clarify many obligations. The heart to save those innocent ones are not enough. Why? Understand that it may be necessary not to create another new tragedies, but more the obligations less the helping hand. I’m in middle of dilemma.
